Charge 2 Syncing issues help

I have just upgraded to a charge 2 from a flex. I'm having an issue with it syncing to my phone. It did it earlier in the day but can't get it to sync at all now. The amt of steps are on the tracker itself but won't convey to the phone. Any help?
