Hello, I recently bought a Fitbit for my mother and am having issues connecting the device to her phone.
What happens during the "Set up a Device" phase is the Fitbit App requests a code which I get from the Charge 2. I input the code only for it to get stuck on "Connecting..." until it times out and displays a "Not working?" screen.
Stuff I've Tried:
1. Turning off/on both Location and Bluetooth.
2. Reinstalling the Fitbit App from the Google Play Store.
3. Restart the Fitbit Device.
4. Restart the phone.
Specs:
- LG G3
- Android 5.0.1 with Lollipop
- Fitbit Charge 2 (v22.20.17)

I deleted my Fitbit Charge 2 because of syncing issues, now I can reconnect the device to the phone?

Hey, @Popcorniom @Tooter ! Welcome to the Forums! Please make sure that you are using a compatible mobile device. After that make sure that you restart your tracker a few times in a row and then try to set it up again.
If this doesn't resolve the situation please try to set up your tracker using a computer, you need to download the Fitbit Software and follow the instructions for setup either using a dongle or via Bluetooth if your computer has that option.
