I'm thinking of buying a new smartphone but it must be compatible with my fitbit (I now have a Huawei which is not supported).
Am considering the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) but it does not appear on the list. Does anyone know whether it is compatible ?
Thanks
Nancy

Just bought versa 2 and it won't even pair with my A7. 😞

poor synching and general incompatibility with A7 is an ongoing irritation. As you will see from this forum users have been asking fitbit to respond for over a year.

you are not alone. I happily accepted my samsung upgrade not giving fitbit compatibilty a thought.
What's really annoying is the service team (who are friendly and responsive) don't all know about this issue so it takes a long time to realise your "error". They don't seem to be willing to tell us what it is about the A7 model that is creating the issue. Many other Samsungs are compatible. #fedup I feel duped and ignored.

I voted a long time ago and nothing has changed. My charge2 syncs when it feels like it and I am missing out on some features. #fedup

the syncing is intermittent, most days it works, but for no reason it just stops. Also, not all of the features work, so some progress but not enough to mitigate my utter disappointment in fitbit's development team 😞

good idea. I shall certainly be wiser when my phone company next calls to offer me an upgrade!

not fully compatible, it now syncs intermittently and some of the features are still missing
