Charge 2 heart rate not accurate

Hi

I've noticed that sometimes when I take off and put on my charge 2 the heart rate shoots up to 100ish. It also does this sometimes if I start walking from standing or sittingredients and sometimes if I'm not moving at all.

Any particular reason for this? Does anyone else experience this? I've measured my pulse when it says this and it's around 80ish so no where close to 100.

I'm sorry to hear your heart rate is not accurate. Have you tried to change its position on your wrist? Maybe a little bit higher so the sensors can read your heart rate accurately. Remember to use it not to tight and not to loose.
