This just started Monday and happened again today. I worked out (walking and running) for 73 minutes this morning. Active Minutes show 73. Exercise shows just an 11-minute walk and a 14-minute walk. Logged out and back in. Restarted app. No change.

Hello @Rloveman.
It could be that the Fitbit tracked the intensity of the workout and thus the active minutes are there but it couldn't get a solid reading of the type of movements for the whole time and thus it only tracked short activities.
Has it continued to happen ever since? I'm thinking that it shouldn't happen again but to be sure I'd recommend that you try to tighten the strap a bit before working out, simply moving the Fitbit further up your arm until it is tight against your skin. That will improve the readings and movement sensibility.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @Rloveman.
Thanks for letting me know that it is already tight on your wrist.
I assume from your post that the situation has continued. Did anything change on your workout? Has the pace been reduced, or did you stop to rest at several points during the workout?
Look forward to your reply.

Welcome to the Forums @Kerryburrows07.
Let me help you try and get this resolved.
In case this is happening because the app is not loading information correctly, could you try to log out of the app and then log back in? That should force everything to be downloaded from the servers.
Look forward to your reply.
Best AnswerHi I have signed out and restarted and still the week is missing. Can you help?

Hello @Kerryburrows07.
Thanks for trying those steps and letting me know that they didn't work.
I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you share some screenshots of what you see when you go to that week? Also, has this happened to any other week since then?
Let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
Best AnswerHi thanks for your reply.
The original missing week of 3-9 sept is now showing, but another week is now missing 10-17 sept I have attached the screenshot

Hello @Kerryburrows07.
Thanks for that screenshot.
That's very odd. My suggestion, in this case, would be to give it a couple of days to see if it shows up and if the following week disappears then. It could be something that is moving forward as each week passes. Could you keep an eye on it for a couple days and let me know how it goes?
Let me know if there are any other questions.
