My Charge 2 no longer receives text messages. I only see the senders name. I have a Samsung phone/Android. This issue started in July and has been going on for 5+ weeks. Fitbit helpdesk says they are working on it. This is an unusually long time to fix the problem.

I understand Fitbit is working on a fix since early July. It's almost September.
Isn't this taking too long to resolve!!!!

Certainly it's taking longer than you and I would like. You might want to comment in the main thread for this issue as that's the one fitbit are monitoring / updating.
