Today I bought a charge 2 and I tried to set it up but every time it doesn't work, I have a Huawei P8 lite 2017. Sometimes I managed to "find" the fitbit but then it didn't connect. What should I do? Also the version showed on my phone is not the same as the one showed on the fitbit

@Lucrenzia, are you trying to set up the Charge 2 using the Fitbit app Account screen, with Set up a Device, or using the phone's Bluetooth settings? The latter will not work. To try again, exit the Fitbit app, open the phone's Bluetooth settings, and see if the Fitbit device is there - if it is, select it and Forget the Device. Close the phone's settings, and re-open the Fitbit app, select the Account screen and select Set up a Device. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
The firmware version on the Charge 2 and the one displayed in the app will not match until the setup is completed, and the app downloads/installs an upgrade to the tracker.
