Good Day,
My charge 2 stop syncing yesterday around noon. I tried turning my phone off and on, and reinstalling the fitbit app. But, nothing was working. I just deleted my Charge 2 all together from my phone, and did a hard reset on the actual device. Which is just hooking it up to the charger instelf and holding down the on button for two or three seconds and letting go. After it rebooted, I then tried re-pairing it with my phone and it worked and is syncing perfectly now. Hope this helps anyone who is having this issue.
