Charge 2 stopped receiving notifications

I've had my Charge 2 for just over a month. Around a week ago I noticed it stopped sending me alerts for texts and calls and also my movement reminders. I swear I've tried everything and nothing has worked. I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated and starting to wish I'd gone with a Garmin instead.

In this case I'd like for you to confirm that the notifications are not turned off. You can check on it by following @USAF-Larry's excellent post.

In this case, I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • What mobile device are you using?
  • Do you get any error message when you try to set the notifications up?
  • IS your Fitbit syncing without any issues?
