On Thursday March 16, 2018 the fitbit stopped syncing. it worked perfectly before... I have tried all suggested solutions to no avail... any assistance would be appreciated. I am syncing to a Samsung 7 edge. Thanks

I had the same problem on my charge 2 today. I'm glad this solution works, I was getting frustrated with it not syncing. I like knowing how much sleep I get lol.
