Charge 2 won't connect to any of my devices

Recently purchased a Charge 2 and I can't get it to sync with any of my devices. I've tried an s4, s6, said and a LG g5 phone... no luck. They all keep coming up with the same error message:

Make sure your tracker is charged and turned on.

If there are other trackers by, make sure they are moved away.

Turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device and then turn it on again.

I have tried resetting the fitbit, Uninstall and reinstall of the app, force stopping, undoing the pairing and starting all over again... I have no way to go the computer route.

Any help or suggestions please?

After several attempts over a 24 hr time period and contacting support over the phone it turns out it was the Bluetooth in the tracker. Went back to the store I bought it from and exchanged it, had it up and running within 10 minutes. Problem solved. Thank you.

A very warm welcome to the Forums @mikeysgrrrl.

That sounds quite bothersome.

It is possible that it could have to do with a tracker itself and thus I'd like to recommend that you do try to use a computer to know if the syncing goes through that way. If it did, then we could narrow down the issue. If it doesn't, then we can assume it is the tracker itself.

Look forward to your reply.
