For the last week my charge 2 will not sync with my Droid turbo unless I use an old dongle and a computer. I have tried everything from uninstalling to turning off the Bluetooth to force quitting the app. Any suggestions? Is there a problem with this app? It all stared with my notifications not coming through and then the sync problem started. Just what to get it figured out.

Exact same issue with my Charge 2 as well, very frustrating. Travel into a different time zone is problematic too because the watch isn't synching with the phone and is an hour behind. Any suggestions welcome.

I talked with a tech and eventually got the problem resolved by forgetting my current device in my Bluetooth feature then re-adding my charge 2 as a new device. No problem since.

that didn't work for me. Neither did uninstalling the app and reinstalling
it. I'll keep trying other options and checking out other posts about this
problem. Thank you again, I appreciate it!
