I got my fitbit charge 2 for Christmas and today for the first time the tracker is not syncing with the app. I fully charged both the phone and the tracker just to be sure that wasn't the issue, still nothing. Whats wrong?

This can happen from time to time. The first thing to try is to restart your phone and then restart your Charge 2 using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work.

 

If that doesn't kick it back into life then there are some more suggestions here:
