Hi. 

I’ve read a lot of the comments on here, but I wondered if anyone had any update information. I’m looking to buy either the P20 pro or just the P20. I have a charge 3 and a 6s currently and it works amazing. I know now it says p20 pro is compatible with charge 3. Does this mean it will work fine now? Have issues been resolved or am I setting myself up to fail?

Welcome on board @Mbird, it's nice to see you around here! To see the official supported devices, please see: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.The Huawei P20 Pro is supported. Woman Very Happy

 

Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

 

  • Huawei P8 Lite
  • Huawei P9 Lite
  • Huawei P20 Lite
