I've just upgraded from a Xperia Z5 Compact where the fitbit charge 3 has performed flawlessly. However i've just got a new Xiaomi Redmi note 6 pro, and the fitbit is no longer getting notifications, the phone app is prompting me to restart phone, which has now been done 3 times.
Any suggestions please

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MarekNeo! I'm glad to hear the steps provided by @SunsetRunner have worked for you.
If you're still not receiving notifications after following the steps provided at: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. Please keep in mind that the Xiaomi Mi 6 or M9 are not yet a supported devices with the Fitbit app, so that would be a reason why the notifications are not working.
When a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If there's any questions present, let me know.
