Although they worked well for 6 months, we haven't been able to get the devices to pair for past month or so - it's very frustrating and we have tried all the tips (switch off phone, switch off bluetooth, etc) without success. What happens is the phone finds the Charge 3 but when you click pair, it searches for a minute or so and then reverts back to showing the Charge 3 is found but not pairing.... help please!
