I had a charge 2 linked to my Samsung galaxy 9 and I could not get consistent syncing. Usually it would only sync if I restarted my phone but I was able to sync with my iPad without any issue. I recently got a charge 3 and I would really like to use the notification features however I'm running into the same problem. All day sync is on and even when I go into the app and do a manual sync nothing happens. Also i have all my notification settings on but still am not receiving notifications

@Dianaflorence Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Charge 3. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

I am having the same issues. In addition it keeps asking me to connect to Bluetooth, but when I go into Bluetooth it is paired.

I was able to get it working but every so often I do have to restart the bluetooth or my phone otherwise my tracker will not sync or get notifications for several hours.

I am also having similar issues. I had a Charge 2 for a year with no issues and have just set up my new Charge 3 using same phone Oppo A57 and it was syncing fine yesterday after set up however today was not syncing and even when manually trying to sync it - it took about 30 minutes. After calling i was told my phone is not fully compatible with Fitbit. How can this be when i had no trouble for last 12 months?
Is Fitbit working on making Oppo A57 compatible soon?
Thanks
