I just wasted my Money on something that is useless to me my Charge 3 does not sync on any of my devices not my tablet, not my phone or my laptop. No help from customer service. One sync on all and now nothing on any of them. I am so distraught. I guess I need to send it back.

I got my charge 3 today, and it won't sync. It also says it hasn't finished updating. After it has told me it finished.

I was on the phone with customer support. Well they say it's my phone but it will not sync on anything. I will not be able to stay connected with friends or join challenges. I am not happy at all. This is a leader in fitness trackers and my is useless. Cannot use any of its features.

I have the same issues. I have 4 possible devices to link to and NONE of them work. I do all the troubleshooting steps and still get error messages saying that device cannot be found OR on my Windows 10 new laptop I get this " Bonding failed. Restart the App to try again.Bonding result False, pairing result False." And I even download the special Amazon App on my Fire tablet and I sync over and over again and always get 'Device not found" or if it finds it I get other messages say it cannot pair to it. On my phone LG Cell phone I tried for days to get it to sync and it did once or twice for only steps and after days of trying to troubleshoot, I found a Help Tip to check if my phone is even listed as a possible paired device and it is NOT on the list. OMG how can I use the Charge 3 if I cannot pair it. Also I have an Android tablet that will it will not pair with either, same message... cannot find it or when it does it says it cannot link to it. I am returning this useless thing. Why spend tons of money on basically a watch and a pedometer!!! Shame on you Fitbit.

I got my Charge 3 and it automatically told me to update the software after I sync it to my Galaxy Note 8 and it was syncing just fine the first couple of days and now it won't sync my sleep correctly and my heart rate and my steps for every hour, my watch says 10 out of 14 hours but my dashboard on my app says 5 out 14 hours. I'm confused.

You may need to update your software on your android devices because if the Fitbit app is not updated it won't pair with anything, I would go to the play store and check the updates for the Fitbit app because sometimes the Fitbit app doesn't update automatically and when I got my Charge 3 the Fitbit app made me do an update on both my Galaxy Note 8 and my iPad Air 3

I fully agree with the users who have bought this useless gadget. I bought Ftbit Charge in March 2019. Three months later it stopped working and they replaced it with a new one. Six months later, December 2019, the second replacement also stopped working. They then sent me another one, the third one in January 2020. Now in May 2020 I started getting problems and the thing is just not working. The screen is blank and the bloody thing is dead. I contacted Fitbit and with arrogance they told me the warranty period has passed and I need to buy a new one. I will not encourage anyone to buy this useless thing. Rather spend money on something good than on this expensive and useless thing
