I've had this issue for a month now, it won't sync with my Android phone.
I've tried all of the suggested steps like forgetting the device, reinstalling the app. Even tried it on a different android phone and it still has the same problem. When the watch isn't on my wrist it doesn't loose time and it syncs. But when it's on my wrist it looses a lot of time and refuses to even be recognised.
Please hurry up and fix this as it started when it updated in October

I've had the same problem since the 11th November.
No matter what I try it will not sync and it's frustrating the hell out of me

Hi there @Draig and @neilgannon, welcome to the Community Forums. I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation.
While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Said that, there is a possibility that your trackers can sync in case that the mobile phones are not compatible. In order to do so, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
