Hi,
I have an issue with my newly bought Fitbit Charge 4. I've been able to pair it with my device, but I'm not able to sync it using bluetooth. Whenever I try, it tries for a minute or so on the "Pairing and syncing Bluetooth" screen, and then I get an error saying "There's been an error while pairing your bluetooth device. Do you want to try again?" and no matter how many times I try to do it - it doesn't work.
I have turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted phone, restarted tracker, reinstalled the app, and none of those fixed it.
I'm using OnePlus Nord N100, and have no trouble syncing any other device using bluetooth.

@Chimeyz Hi there. Thank you for the detailed information shared.
Please try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it > Clear cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
Learn more about how do Fitbit devices sync their data?
Hope this helps.

Hi Silvia,
Thanks for sharing a possible solution!
Unfortunately, I just tried that and it did not work either. I'm getting the same error I did. Do you have any other ideas that might fix that problem?
Thanks,
Rafal

@Chimeyz Thank you for getting back.
In this case, please set up your Charge 4 as a new device in your account. If you get the same error message, please attach a screenshot to your next reply.
Hope this helps.

I can't upload it directly for some reason.
