Charge 4 not syncing properly

Since Google purchased Fitbit, it's gone to crap. Sync issues all the time. Last week I thought it was done for. A nice rep helped me get it working again - nothing worked until I removed and reinstalled the app. Since then, each day I have sync issues. Today I've done everything short of removing the app. I can't unpair it in Bluetooth settings. Guess I will be removing and reinstalling again. 

 

I sure as hell won't purchase another one. Google products are usually fine, but they sure messed this one up.
