Suddenly my charge 4 has lost connection to Bluetooth. My android phone can 'see' the Fitbit but can't pair. Cannot find on the latest app any reference to pairing the device to the phone. Awful menu system on the app

Hi @Survey - you can't pair a watch using the Android Bluetooth, in the Fitbit App Set it up as a replacement watch if it is not pairing as a desperate measure, but if it is just a syncing issue follow this help.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Have you tried restarting the Fitbit itself?

You need both a Bluetooth connection and Internet connection to Google, the phone displayed data comes from Google after being transferred from your sensor device to the phone, then to Google - the phone is normally only displaying data that has come back from Google.

I see everything not working on a flight and then working OK again after landing and getting Internet access.
