Hello all, each day as it's turns midnight and now 2am... my resting bpm within the app (android) is showing as 0. Also nothing for today heart monitor graph either as yet. Is this normal? Does it take some time for this to show on the app despite it showing on the Fitbit itself?.
Thanks
Matt

Hey @Wraggieone, welcome to the Community.
Can you please provide me with a screenshot of this issue? In the meantime, follow the steps in the article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?.
I hope to hear from you soon.

Hello, thank you for coming back to me. It seems like it just need some more data going into each new day to display the resting bpm, as after midnight it says zero but when I sync in the morning after a nights night's sleep it is showing the relevant average bpm with no gaps in the graph.
I guess this is normal?

@Wraggieone I am moving this thread to the Android forum. You are describing an app issue, not a device issue. There is a similar tread on the iOS app forum, with many iPhone users describing the same issue.
This is not normal.

Ok cool, thank you
Can you send me a link to the thread your referencing even though it pertains to IOS rather than Android (currently running Android 10 on a Pixel 4xl)
Can I also just add that I have initially cleared the cache and the data, also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Is this perhaps a problem with the app that might fixed with an update?
Thanks
Matt
