I have a Huawei mate 40 Pro and it keeps telling me to download the app I have downloaded the app I can't set my device up please help as I want to start using my fitbit

@SunsetRunner   I am moving your post to the Android forum in hopes that you can get more help.  It is my understanding that your phone doesn't have Google Play Services.  This is due to the ongoing dispute between Huawei and the US government.  You should browse the Android forum for other threads on this topic to see if there is an answer there.
