Fitbit Charge HR not syncing without help by me. And it wont sync past days since April 12 until I got it to sync yesterday and today.....had Motorola android before and same problem. I shouldn't have to do anything special to sync, but I have to restart phone, force stop and restart Fitbit app, and even reset Charge HR device to current version. Hate this dang thing!
Also have to restart Bluetooth too!

I'm facing the same issue. Using charge hr for more than two years. Never faced this issue. I believe it's after latest application update. My hr does not sync from April 10th. After trying a lot once it got synced. Step count didn't appear on dashboard but it was there in weekly view. But it again went when I tried to sync after two days. What is going on fitbit?

I have exactly the same problem. Nothing recorded since 12th April despite following recommendations.
I spent the weekend and more trying to resolve it, and managed to get it working properly. I have lost all data from 12th April, but a minor loss now I have it sorted. The headaches and bad temper was the worst part. I'l have to go back and estabish how I did it and then I will post it up for you.

I also have a Charge HR it hasn't synced since the 6th of April, I got a new phone, and it worked perfectly fine, app updated, phone updated, and now my HR is useless, as I can not even get it to sync the correct time.
I have a Samsung Galaxy 8+ now, and my old phone was a Galaxy 6 Edge, it wont even sync to it anymore either.
Hi! Did you figure out how you got it to sync? Does it still sync now, or was it a once off lucky go?
Update please.

I uninstalled the app on my Android, and then reinstalled.
I then turned off my bluetooth and back on. I checked that my location was turned on.
I plugged in my Charge HR, using the fitbit lead, and turned it off and then back on. It had updated the version.
I had lost all data since April 12th, but at least it's working!
It has continued to work properly since then.
Good luck.

Thanks for providing the steps, Gwp02. Regarding "I plugged in my Charge HR, using the fitbit lead, and turned it off and then back on.", is this the long button hold that essentially reboots the Charge HR?
I'm sorry we're all having so much trouble, but glad it's not only mine. Hasn't synced since April 14th. Clock is about three minutes slow which I think will be corrected if I can get it to sync. Thanks again.

Thanks. I finally got it to sync. I had to take the extra step of deleting my Charge HR from the app. This was after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It took long time for it to connect when going through the setup process. But, at least it seems to be syncing now. All data from last sync in April was lost which is what I expected. If others are still having difficulty syncing, my best advice is to keep trying the above steps as it took several tries even with the extra step I took.

Sme issue as everyone else above. Mine hasn't synced since 26Apr. I've wore and tried every day. Cant help but think fitbit pushed an update to where these older models will stop, forcing us to buy a new one. You know..kind of like the cell phone companies.
