Charge HR not found by one device

My Charge HR still works fine, and syncs fine with my phone and computer, but my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7 inch, Android 4.4.2, 1/1/16 security update) can't seem to find it since early this week. I know the Android app is "designed for phones", but it has worked fine on the tablet prior to this week. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, with no improvement.
The tracker doesn't show up as a paired device in the tablet's Bluetooth settings, which might explain why the app can't see it, but having the tablet scan doesn't find it either; how do I make the tracker discoverable to get it paired again?

Hello @bthrall3 and welcome aboard to our community. Note that once you have paired your tracker with your phone app or your computer is not require to pair again your tracker on your tablet. You just need to log in on your account using the same email address associated and your tracker should be paired.

Remember that your tracker wont sync as will do any regular bluetooth device, as it wont use the native bluetooth of your tablet. Your tracker will sync only using the Fitbit app and if is require to pair your tracker, the app will let you know. In your case if is not syncing with the tablet, I recommend the following article: I can't sync my tracker.

Also for additional information I believe these two article will come handy too: How do Fitbit trackers sync their data? and Why is my tracker only syncing with one mobile device?

Hope this helps and keep me posted how it goes.
