I'd like you to know that the Samsung Galaxy S7/S7Edge is not currently listed as a supported device for syncing. Our developers are still testing this device so this is why sometimes you can experience your tracker syncs correctly and other times it won't. My best advise would be to sync your tracker with your computer in the meantime and to check our list of supported devices for syncing to stay updated.

I have the same problem.. Have this phone for a little over two weeks now. Is there any progress being made in supporting the Galaxy S7? Switched from iOS to Android, and on iOS everything was great. Too bad..
