My Charge HR stopped syncing with my Note 5 and my laptop. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone; I unpaired from Bluetooth and could not re-pair; my boyfriend was able to successfully sync the Fitbit on his iphone. My laptop doesn't recognize the fitbit. Any ideas?

Hello @tberryfine welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here 🙂 Did you try to set up the tracker again by following the steps on the help article: How do I set up my tracker?. Do you get any error message when trying to complete the set up process? Are there other Bluetooth devices near the tracker when trying to set up the device?

@tberryfine -- UPDATE: The Galaxy Note 5 is now listed as a supported device here. I recommend trying to sync again and/or following these troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience issues.
