Charge HR with not pair with phone

Stopped syncing yesterday read about Bluetooth problems turn Bluetooth off and on several times no luck unpaired it now can't re pair device

Hello @2kclrk and @KiwiPaul1 welcome to the Fitbit Community! My advise is to restart the tracker  as advised by @AlejandraFitbit on this post after this attempt to set up the Charge HR as a new device you can find instructions here. If after this you are still experiencing issues with syncing your tracker you can troubleshoot as instructed on this post @Odyssey13 shared with us.
