Charge HR won't connect to phone

 Hi, 

 

I recently had to exchange my charge HR due to it breaking. In the time that I exchanged it and got a new one I had to get a new phone. I received my new Fitbit yesterday and now it won't connect and sync. I've gone through all the steps and trouble shooting tips and nothing is working. I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 and a charge HR. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on your new phone! Let me help you out.

 

I recommend that you please go through all of the steps on this help article. They will help you in getting your new Charge HR to sync and setup with your new phone.

Thank you for your help. I was finally able to get it to connect last
night. I reset my Fitbit and started connecting. I had to wait about 20
minutes and finally it connected. And then updated. Thank you again.
