I was given a Charge HR and it will not finish the setup process on my Samsung Galaxy s8. I can get all the way to where the code is entered but it just says connecting forever till it times out. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I need some assistance please.
Best Answer@MikeM425 I have a Charge 2 and this morning it won't sync with the android app on my S7 Edge. It says, "Looking". For whatever reason, it can't see it. I think it's an app thing and we will have to wait for Fitbit to address it.
