I have done all the recommendations on getting my HR to re-sync. It simply won't sync. Worked just fine a week ago. I put in the number from the HR and it just sits and spins like it is connecting....for hours.

@MJ54 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing with your phone. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
