Charge Not Syncing with Samsung S7 Android App

My charge 2 has stopped syncing to my Samsung s7 edge

 I have restarted my tracker.  Forced the app to stop.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Stopped and started bluetooth I don't known what else to do! Please help

I note that you have tried restarting your fitbit (which is the best thing to do in these situations) but the procedure is known to not always work. It's worth trying it again a few more times. It might also be worth trying a restart of your S7
