Hi,
It happened for the second time that my Charge 3 (with up-to-date Android app) shows the correct sleep data, and then next day the data becomes corrupt (almost flat line of sleep stages). The dashboard in a web browser also shows the corrupt data.
There are a few tips that I tried, like restarting the tracker, but none of them worked.
I wish the Fitbit devs had a portal for bug reports, and also made easier to attach screenshots to forum posts...
I'm just about to return my Fitbit because of data corruption, please convince me that you have a solution for this... thanks!

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your sleep data is showing incorrectly. This is actually really odd. Could you share some screenshots of the affected sleep logs? You can use your computer's browser (specially Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) to add pictures to your reply. To start try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also let me know which phone do you have and the OS version it is running.
I look forward to your reply!

I have also been reporting this issue for 1 year. Every time the helpdesk says it’s odd. What bothers me most is all my data from the beginning of my records has been corrupted. I can no longer refer back to it for comparison. I haven’t established if they have a historical back up to restore it for me - but I think not as they don’t seem capable of checking my current data v an old set of data. I’m thinking of changing to a provider with more reliable data storage. It’s a shame as I like everything else about the product, ui, helpdesk team, etc
