Welcome to our Community @Hleandro! Thanks for stopping by! Man HappyI noticed @SunsetRunner  @Rich_Laue provided you with great suggestions to help you resolve this. I totally agree with them and would like to add that you can try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread and then do the following through your online Dashboard:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Man Happy

Is the timezone set to automatic in the Android App settings? Did the tracker sync with the phone so it gets the new timezone when abroad? Cat Embarassed

Yes. The phone clock changes. The steps are synchronized with the device but the device's clock does not updade with the app/phone

Have you tried using the manual timezone mode?

If this continues, please do an Add tracker - then do a replace current device, replacing your Fitbit with itself

@jrdiva please remember that the Fitbit doesn't know when you change timezones.

Your phone does. Depending on your timezone settings in the app, you might need to go into the app and manually tell it that you've moved, then a sync. Now if the app is set for auto timezone, a sync will be needed after the clock changes.

I changed the settings in the app. It turns out it was not set to automatic. I have not travelled since so I don't know if that is going to work or not. I hope it does

I have the new dashboard and the gear only appears for all the activities but not the clock. I also can't change the time zone.

I'm not sure what gear in the app your referring to @SunsetRunner, but you would want to press the account tap, - advanced settings - timezone.

That was odd my reply disappeared--forgive me if this is a duplicate.  So, earlier versions of fitbit --I am on fitbit 4-- I have had ionic and charge 2 and 3, all had an auto sync when you change time zones.--you just had to sync the phone when you landed in your destination.    So with the charge 4 this is a step back.  Worse, i have to do the manual update on my computer as the iphone app does not allow you to change time settings on your phone.  Really, the auto time sync should be fixed--please pass this onto your software team-- these are the defects that detract from what i find is a great functional tracker even despite its flaws in life service.

Hi @jaumealaska the Sync process is controlled by the Fitbit app on the phone. Yes at one time, fitbit allowed the user to disable the all day sync. However this has been removed, and the user can no longer disable All Day Sync. Therefore your fit it app has all day sync.

Let's open the fitbit app on the phone.

Scroll down to App Settings and Tap. Here you will see The time setting.

It would be nice that when the App detects a time zone change, the App will start a sync. However I don't think the app looks for a change in the time, except during a sync

That describes what used to happen. For some reason the charge 4 no longer changes time zones when you sync after landing at your destination. Used to work. No longer.

And I do sync with my app. The issue is it does not update time.

Thanks
Don

Hey there, @jaumealaska.

Thanks for the details provided in your post. Adding to what @Rich_Laue said, I recommend you to check that the "Automatic time zone" option is enabled on the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > App Settings. You can find more details on this help article.

Hope this helps!
