Compatibility with Note 5

Just got the Charge HR. I wanted it for many reasons but loved the idea of call notifications. Just looked and don't see my Note 5 as being compatible with the Charge HR. Really bummed. Will it be compatible sometimes soon, does anyone know? I may return this if not since so m,any seem to have issues with other aspects of it...

Welcome to the Forums @NightowlPT. Our team still testing the compatibility of this phone, at the moment of being 100% compatible with the trackers we will update the list of compatible devices. In the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer.

My HR is not compatible with my note 5. It will sync basic functions but no phone notification and cannot enter food screws up floors walked A bit disappointing having only basic functions for full price

Everyone -- UPDATE: The Galaxy Note 5 is now listed as a supported device here. I recommend trying to sync again and/or following these troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience issues.
