Hello @KalaG, @revrobbins, and @CarlosSomeNo.
@KalaG and @CarlosSomeNo thanks for letting us know that you've had a good experience so far.
If you have the time be sure to visit one of our Discussion boards, some topic there might pique your interest.
@revrobbins, as I mentioned, it is possible that it can work as it is doing for some but we are not able to guarantee the functionality unless the phone is added to the list.
Let me know if there are any further questions.

Best AnswerWhen will you be adding the note 9 to list of supported devices. I had a Fitbit charge then the charge 2 and used the Fitbit for years....I have upgraded to note 9 and now my fit bit wont sync so it is rendered useless. Im not avery happy customer

Hello @Csweeney1127 and @Mrssleepy.
@Csweeney1127 Thanks for sharing your experience and trying to help. @Mrssleepy Thanks for going through those steps to get it to work.
@Mrssleepy At this moment we do not have any updates or news of when will it be added to the list, unfortunately. Best AnswerJust recently switched back to Samsung from IPhone after several years with a Note9. Really nice phone and fun. HOWEVER..I spent $900 for "all the phone" and am dumbfounded to find that it doesn't support one of the most popular apps in the fitness arena- Fitbit. That is seriously messed up.
Doesn't work for everyone! I have to disconnect and reconnect to the phone and the app to get it to sync. Seriously
Best AnswerMy Note 9 and Flex 2 had been working just fine until 3 days ago. I've tried every troubleshooting suggestion, have all updates, and it won't even pair with my Flex 2 now. So frustrating! I can't even as Mobile Tracking in the meantime!
What is the issue? I guess no more fitbits for me?

Welcome to the Forums @Jesscuh.
Thank you for trying to troubleshoot the syncing between your Flex 2 and Note 9 on your own before posting in here.
Perhaps you could try to restart the connection from scratch. To do so, please follow these steps:

Hello @Jesscuh.
Thanks for trying those steps.
As I mentioned above, it might be because the Note 9 is not part of the supported devices list. At this moment we do not have any news of when we can expect the phone to be added to the list.
You could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Best AnswerThank you but this is not helpful as I just spent $900 on this device and have no other. Very disappointing.
