Amazing that Fitbit still are allowed to market themselves as Android compatible. How many of the listed devices can you actually buy today? And IF you can... do you really want that old junk as your phone just to be able to use a Fitbit? I've been using Fitbit for over 3 years now but the ionic will be the last fitbit device I'll own.

Fitbit never have any answer about this lack of new confirmed compatible devices.
Mind you, if they did they wouldn't be able to trot out the not a compatible device excuse for the failures in their app.

Hi
Just wondering who long until the fitbits will be compatible with the new Samsung S9.
I was using my fitbit regularly and now it is not doing what purchased it for as i upgraded my phone and i can't track anything anymore.
I don't even wear it now and i am considering purchasing another brand that is currently compatible with the phone i have. But i would rather not!
My partner wants to purchase one but he has the same phone as me and doesn't see the point if it won't be compatible.
Please update ASAP!

I've been waiting since June for an updated list with the LG V20.....and I'm starting to think that's never going to happen. My dreams of getting a versa is starting to slip away........

I wouldn't recomend any fitbit to anybody! I got the versa and it worked for about a month and now they are blaming it on compatibility! I have am LG G6 its been out for 2 years now and they still haven't tested it? Don't buy from them it's a rip off!!!

I just had a support ticket rejected because my devices (HTC 10 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S2) aren't on this list. Now I'm stuck with an Ionic I can't use because apparently two unlisted Android devices independently stopping working at the same time is more likely than one watch not working.
The most recent devices from each product range on this list are from 2015 and 2014. When in the world is this going to be updated?

At this stage anyone who thinks Fitbit are actively testing devices for
compatibility is kidding them self.

Is that list seriously the list of compatible devices? It doesn't look like it's been updated since 2015. I mean flagships from the last few years are not even on there? How can Fitbit possibly be this behind in testing android devices? Basically what I've learned is, don't buy a Fitbit if you have an android phone.

I have the Fitbit Alta HR, and my device is not listed although it does work.
The phone am currently using is the HTC U Ultra, and everything works perfectly fine together, and syncs without any issues.

I have a galaxy s8 and the charge 3 from fitbit and it does not work with my phone. I have tried to get a refund and fitbit will not refund me because I did not buy it from them, even though I have the receipt and such not to prove I bought it. When I first started having problems I called fitbit and they did send me a replacement face, however it still dose not work. I am very disappointed in fitbits lack of support for these issues.
