Connecting to my Samsung S9

I have the Charge 3 and currently have it connected to my iPhone, I have tried to Connect it to my new phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) and it will not connect, the Bluetooth is on, the S9 finds my husband's charge 3 but not mine ?? And yes I have tried it when he's no where near me, I have run out of ideas now, please help.

@Joanne7642 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't syncing with your Samsung S9. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
