I have a fit bit versa and it stopped syncing to my Samsung Galaxy 9 on Sunday . I tried turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on and it wouldn't work and then tried unpairing it to my phone and know I can't get it to connect in the app at all ? Any advise on what I can do to get it to work again ?

I have the same issues with my Ionic. It won't register data since Sunday and so can't link to MyFitnessPal. Really annoying, as I doing a challenge.

Same issue with Charge 3 and Samsung s7. Tech support had me shut off wifi but still only works occasionally. Very frustrating. Returning mine since so many have posted same problems

I have a new versa. It was syncing steps but not diary, emails etc. I have just tried to start again from scratch and it won't complete setup, what is going on?

I am in the same boat -- doing a challenge and cant get my steps to sync to the fitbit - super bummed this is happening!!!
