My fitbit wont stay paired with my phone. It works for a few hours or a day but then I have to restart my phone and fitbit to get it to pair again. My bluetooth never turns off. Other devices stay connected to my phone (car, baby monitor, etc) but the fitbit just doesn't update and the app "cant find" the device. How do I fix this?

Hi @Ohgeezelouisee, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
Thanks for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your device is disconnecting several times. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Do you use other Bluetooth devices with your phone when the Fitbit is connected? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Fitbit device and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

I just got my new inspire HR after Christmas. I dont know when the first time it happened was, but i has never stayed connected for more than a day. I mostly notice when I stop getting notifications, but it also stops giving reminders to move. I've tried restarting my device and it doesnt fix it. The only thing that works is turning off my bluetooth then restarting my phone, then turning bluetooth back on.
I dont think it's an issue with my phone as it is connected to other bluetooth devices with no problem.
