I've paired with the Charge Fitbit through the Fitbit App and after the pairing process has concluded, the watch hasn't worked properly. Messages dialog like "Couldn't pair with Charge because of an incorrect PIN or passkey" and "Pairing rejected by Charge." were shown on App.
The dialog "Bluetooth Issues" has shown up and I've clicked the button Restart Bluetooth. However, even after the Bluetooth restarted the messages are still appearing to the user.
The watch is able to sync with the app, but the dialogs don't stop showing up.

Hello @vnsilva, nice to have you here as a new member in the Fitbit Community! I was checking your Community profile and I'm not able to see a tracker paired, so I'm wondering if you are able to complete the pairing process successfully beyond the message you are seeing?
Usually the tracker is not capable to sync if the pairing process has not being completed and I'm curious about this because I do not see your tracker paired in your profile.
So I would like you to try these steps from the following post.
Let me know if the issue continues, I'll be around.
