Constantly disconnecting

My Fitbit will disconnect a minute after I have already reconnected. I have rebooted my phone more than 5x.. any advice would be great!

Let me help you with your Fitbit device constantly disconnecting from your phone and thank you for restarting your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try refreshing the link between them by doing the following: 

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
