For the past month my Versa Lite watch has started to lose connection and won't sync. I have reset Bluetooth on phone, restarted phone and watch, did hard reset of watch, reinstalled watch as new device, and done latest firmware update. Each of these will eventually make it work but within a few hours it's disconnected again. Anyone have any more ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I have a Versa 2 that constantly loses sync. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, unpaired my versa 2 and then added it back, restarted my phone, etc.
If Fitbit can't get this issue resolved, I am going to look for a different smart tracker sine I think I have had my versa 2 for right at a year.
