Hello, can't sync charge 2. Have tried everything, force stop, Bluetooth off on, restart. What else can.i do.plesse. on poInt of returning it to fItbit.

@patricia1102, there is no Customer Support here on the Community, you must contact Fitbit Support if you want to talk with them.
Best AnswerThank you. It is taking me an hour and half per night to sync and It pure trial and error. It is taking any enjoyment Way from it. Have contacted support and if this does not work than it is going back. I haven't got hour and half a night to get wound up.
