Customer support Charge 2 not syncing

It is driving me round bend. Have tried all tips and still cannot sync. Can Customer Support gIve advice on how to sync? Am on poInt of returning the fItbit.

Hello, can't sync charge 2. Have tried everything, force stop, Bluetooth off on, restart. What else can.i do.plesse. on poInt of returning it to fItbit.

@patricia1102, there is no Customer Support here on the Community, you must contact Fitbit Support if you want to talk with them.

Thank you. It is taking me an hour and half per night to sync and It pure trial and error. It is taking any enjoyment Way from it. Have contacted support and if this does not work than it is going back. I haven't got hour and half a night to get wound up.
