Dark mode - Fitbit Version 4.04 for Android

I got the new version of the app yesterday, but I can't find out how to enable Dark Mode, without forcing everything on my phone into dark mode.

 

Any tips?

The release notes for Version 4.04 in the pinned announcement don't mention Dark mode. 

Hopefully, dark mode will be in the next update. Like you, I'm looking forward to using dark mode in my Fitbit app.

No dark mode feature on the App.  I am strongly considering going with an alternative device.  The brightness of their app is blinding in comparison to my dark mode-enabled phone/apps.  At night I hate to even open the App.  Let's get on the same page as every other App out there Google.  Easy fix and will make a large chunk of your customers happy.  A win-win.

It's on the feature request section - up vote it. I'm sure they'll get round to it one day eventually 😂

In the meantime if you have a rooted device, some magick add-ons can invert the colours on a per app basis. My phone isn't currently rooted, but I do have this ability on my tablet.
