Dashboard disappeared

Hey guys and gals! This morning I opened the app like I always do to sync my Versa, and options on the dashboard disappeared! When I opened the app, everything was there. I went to a different app, came back, and suddenly all I can see is to log my period. I usually have adventures, food, water, sleep, etc. I have all of it on the dashboard. I then tried to see my previous day and THAT information was gone as well! I tried updating and uninstalling the app, and neither has worked. Please help!

I'm having the exact same issue. Tried force stop and clearing cache, but nothing is showing except for my period logging. You CAN actually click the empty sections (the ones that are there, anyway) and see them, but everything just shows blank on the dashboard, aside from the period logging.

Exactly the same thing happened to me and I have an old charge 2. Looks like a major fitbit bug

Same here for both me and my wife. Online is fine but app dashboard is just broken.

Mine just now populated information. Everything  is back to normal. Hope that happens to you all.

Mine populated some, but not all. Hopefully it's just some kind of server-side or communication issue and it'll all populate again soon.

Same here. I guess they're working on it and this is just temporary

Same thing happened to me this morning. Initially showed info, then showed nothing but gray tiles, then some things appeared but things like Steps, Calories, Activity did not. I *think* I may have fixed my issue and maybe this will fix yours. I went into Android Settings->Apps & Notifications->App Info. Selected the Fitbit app and did Clear Cache and Clear Data. This will require you to know your login credentials because you'll have to login to the app again. Of course, uninstalling the app should do essentially the same thing so I'm not quite sure why that didn't work for you. Once I did that, everything started working. However, one glitch that I am noticing with the "new" app is that it reports "No Device Found" nearly every time I open the app. Then after a moment or two it will work. Somewhat annoying.

What do you see on fitbit.com?

Is your tracker still connected?

Hey everyone! Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting some of you tried. It's pretty weird that your app isn't showing you the information, I would like you to make sure you have the latest app version which was released 100% yesterday, it should be version 3.3.1. You can learn more about it by checking this post.

If you have the latest app version but you're still having issues, please try logging out from the app and force quit it.

Thank you for your input @Rich_Laue

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
