Hi! I have a charge 3 and was checking my steps for the week. Last Thursday (3 days ago) I was outdoors and logged about 12k steps, I was pretty active yesterday too, but when I look at the summary for the week it shows about 500 and 0 steps total for those days. Does anyone know what could have happened?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Mivankovich! Hmmm... this is very strange. Have you tried logging out and back into the Fitbit app? Is your Fitbit app up-to-date to version 2.90?
Can you please send a me a screenshot showing where you're looking at?
In the meantime, I'd like you to please check the Fitbit.com online Dashboard to see if you're also missing the data on that platform.

Thank you for your reply, it seems to have fixed itself. Perhaps the app was not up to date, but now I have all my steps.
