Default calories burned impossible

Fitbit set my target calories burned at 2000 and even when I exercised 2 hours and meet my 10000 steps goal I still didn't meet the calories burned target.

Why is this? There is no way on earth I can exercise 2 hours every day. 😂😂

There's nothing magic about the calorie goal fitbit set by default. Adjust it to what works for you, or just ignore it. For me, my default seemed to be such that I generally hit the default calorie goal when I hit 10,000 steps.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
